HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PRICE FOR? 

Hire pricing are for for up to 5 Days hire, which means if you wish to hire for 1 day or 5 days its the same price. Please contact us if you require the hire for longer 

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING? 

Booking can be made by filling out our request hire form.  Or contacting us either email redlandsgameshire@hotmail.com or find us on Facebook. 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? 

We only deliver in the Redlands. Pick up is available from Thornlands.  A delivery fee applies to all bookings depending on the distance between our location and the location of your event and takes into consideration factors such as fuel and labour.  

HOW MUCH IS THE BOND?

The bond is $50-$120 and needs to be paid time of booking via bank transfer. The remaining balance is to be paid 24 hours before hire or cash on the day of collection. 

HOW DO WE PAY? 

Bank transfer the week of the hire or cash on day of hire.

WHERE IS THE PICK UP LOCATION?  

Pick up is available from Thornlands. 

WHEN I PICK UP HIRE AND DROP BACK?  

Pick Up: Wednesday, Thursday Afternoon between 3pm and 5pm (Friday is also Possible)

Drop Back: Sunday & Monday evenings Afternoon between 3pm and 5pm 

CAN YOU SUPPLY US AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT? 

Every hire comes with an invoice. When booking the hire an invoice will be emailed for payment.  

WILL THE GAMES FIT IN A NORMALL SIZE CAR? 

Yes all the games can fit into normal car. The legs come off the connect 4 and everything else are in boxes. jumping castles come in a small bag for easy transport.

DO WE HAVE TO CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT? 

Yes as of agree of your equipment agreement form all equipment has to be returned cleaned and ready for the next hire. We all know what its like to have to clean after a party so you have the choice of us taken your full bond to do the cleaning for you. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE? 

Yes, we hold public liability insurance on all of our equipment.
